Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to withdraw from your online purchase, you may notify us using the withdrawal form below. You do not need to provide a reason.

1. Withdrawal period

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. If goods from the same order are delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, you must send your declaration before the withdrawal period expires.

2. How to submit your declaration

Complete the form below with your full name, your order number or other information identifying your purchase, and the email address at which you wish to receive acknowledgement.

If you wish to withdraw only in respect of specific items, identify them in the optional items field. Leave this field blank if your declaration concerns the entire order.

Select “Continue to confirmation”, review your details, and then select “Confirm withdrawal” to submit your declaration.

3. Acknowledgement of receipt

After submission, we will acknowledge receipt without undue delay by email. The acknowledgement will include a copy of your declaration and the date and time of submission.

Please keep this email for your records. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or contact info@desofficial.gr .

4. Returning the goods

Submitting your withdrawal declaration does not arrange collection or return shipment. You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before that period expires.

Please handle the goods with care. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

5. Refunds

If you withdraw from your entire purchase, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. Additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us are not reimbursed.

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

We will use the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

6. Applicable exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal is subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. An item is not excluded solely because it is handmade or discounted.

This page does not limit your statutory rights in relation to faulty or non-conforming goods.

7. Alternative method of notification

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by sending a clear statement of your decision to info@desofficial.gr . Include sufficient information to identify you and the purchase concerned.

The online form is an additional method of notification. Its use is not mandatory for exercising your right of withdrawal.
