RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At DES, we take great care in the creation and delivery of our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email at info@desofficial.gr within the 14-day period.
2. Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• Returns must be sent back within 14 days of return approval
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Items that have been worn or altered

4. How to Request a Return

Include:
• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return (optional)
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
5. Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service
• DES is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
If approved:
•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@desofficial.gr, including photos of the issue.
In such cases, DES will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
